Yes! You can upgrade from Monthly to Yearly at any time through the customer portal. We will prorate the difference and apply it to your new plan.
What does the Lifetime deal include?
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you permanent access to Hird and all future updates. It is strictly limited to 25 founding member spots — once those are gone, the price increases. Lock in your spot before it changes.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
For monthly and yearly subscriptions, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. For the Lifetime plan, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
